FAQs

How long do Apricot nails really last?+

Apricot press-on nails last 14+ days with proper application. If any nail lifts before day 14, we replace your entire set free. Most customers get 14-18 days of wear before they're ready for a new color.

Can I shower, wash dishes, and type all day?+

Yes, yes, and yes. Just skip water for the first hour while the bond cures. After that — showers, dishes, commute, gym, swimming, frantic typing sessions, you're good. Our adhesive was tested through real daily life, not just lab conditions.

What if the sizes don't fit my nail beds?+

We include 42 nails across 20 sizes — plenty of backups plus curved thumb options for a perfect fit. If you're between sizes, file down the slightly larger one. Still not right? Reach out and we'll help you find your match.

What does “HEMA-free” mean?+

HEMA (2-Hydroxyethyl methacrylate) is a chemical found in most nail glues and gel polishes. It's a known allergen that can cause contact dermatitis, itching, redness, and long-term nail thinning. Apricot's formula contains zero HEMA, so you get a strong 14-day bond without the health risks.

Will these damage my natural nails?+

No, Apricot press-on nails do not damage natural nails. Our HEMA-free adhesive bonds on top of the nail, not into it. A warm water soak releases them gently in 10-15 minutes — no thinning, no peeling. Every kit includes cuticle hydrator because we care about what your nails look like after.

Will they snag on my hair?+

No. This is one of the main things we engineered for. Our edges are precision-tapered to sit completely flush at the cuticle — no ridge, no lip, no snag. Run your fingers through your hair and you won't feel a thing.

How do I remove them without damage?+

Warm water soak for 10-15 minutes. The adhesive softens and each nail slides off gently with the cuticle stick. No acetone, no scraping, no peeling. Your natural nails come out the same as they went in — or better, thanks to the cuticle hydrator.

Are these reusable?+

Yes, Apricot press-on nails are reusable 2-3 times with gentle removal. Soak in warm water for 10-15 minutes — don't peel. Clean off remaining adhesive with the buffer, let dry, and store in the case. Each wear costs about $8-12.

How much do Apricot press-on nails cost?+

Apricot press-on nails are $24.99 per set. Every set includes 42 nails across 20 sizes, plus glue, cuticle hydrator, nail remover serum, file, and cuticle stick. With a Monthly Set subscription, each set drops to $19.99 — 20% off.

Where are Apricot nails shipped from?+

Apricot ships from the United States. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. We ship domestically within the US.
