You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to return it. No hoops. No hassle.
What qualifies for a return
- Unused, unopened sets in their original packaging
- Items that arrived damaged or incorrect
- Returns initiated within 14 days of delivery
What doesn't qualify
- Opened or used nail sets (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale items (these are final sale)
How to start a return
- Email us at hello@apricotnails.com with your order number and the reason for the return
- We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address
- Ship the item back to us
- Once we receive it, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case, we cover it.
Damaged or defective?
If anything arrives broken, missing, or not as described — email us straight away. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. Include a photo if you can — it helps us sort it out faster.
