You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to return it. No hoops. No hassle.

What qualifies for a return

  • Unused, unopened sets in their original packaging
  • Items that arrived damaged or incorrect
  • Returns initiated within 14 days of delivery

What doesn't qualify

  • Opened or used nail sets (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items (these are final sale)

How to start a return

  1. Email us at hello@apricotnails.com with your order number and the reason for the return
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address
  3. Ship the item back to us
  4. Once we receive it, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case, we cover it.

Damaged or defective?

If anything arrives broken, missing, or not as described — email us straight away. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. Include a photo if you can — it helps us sort it out faster.
